The staff were absolutely amazing and made this visit so special. The food is almond all Indian but they helped me choose non- spicy. It was delicious. The views of the mountains and tea fields are breathtaking. The very best are the people who work here.
The staff is very courteous, they welcomed us warmly. The welcome drink was awesome. The location is in the backside of Botanical Garden, and night view from rooms is awesome. The food spread is extensive and sumptuous. Just need to improve the quality of washroom.

A very pleasant experience in the hotel which is well maintained and staffs were very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. Morning buffet breakfast was nice and they had a wide menu who h satisfy your taste buds for sure. Also I have ordered dinner which they served in room for 2 days and needless to say, all those dishes were super tasty and service was excellent. Special thanks to Manager Praful and his warm welcome to the property filled our hear with love. Overall an amazing experience with super comfy, neat stay at the hotel with great views and of course you could leave the property with some beautiful memories. Will visit again.....

In T&U, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended! Apart of that, I was truly impressed with the exceptional service and dedication of the GM of this Hotel, our Praphul Bhai. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect made a significant impact. He was approachable, professional, and made us feel valued as a guest.
