MAX MedCenter - Hospital in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

I visited this place with my friend for immigration purposes to get his medical test done here. It's very nice place because many countries medical report is sent from here. For visa purposes all checkup facilities are available here but for family members who came with their children there is no proper seating arrangement outside. And there it is written that sitting area is available but no proper place to sit.

I recently visited Max med centre for my immigration medical exam. Though everything is well made and maintained but there is lack of professionalism and order in which the tests should be done. There are no such things like go to counter 1 then 2 then 3 ....no! Not at all, they randomly ask you ok go to blood samples room, go for xray now... Problem is no one knows what to do next... Management should have been a lot better just if they focus on small things. Otherwise everything else is good.

Staff is very polite and work precisely thatswhy it took 3-4hrs to complete medical examination. At first pay your fee for ukvi 2650. Then go to F3 for document check. Afterwards to X-Ray room__wait for 3hrs for your report. Your name will be announced for registration. Lastly go to doctors room he will sign. HAPPY ENDING

It is not a hospital but a business centre that is working wuth hypocracy and complete babu ji mentality. They are worse than a civil hospital and show that they are doing charity by providing you service. It is my earnest request not to visit this centre ever. They dont even have a basic empathy towards their customers. They are as bad as going to a civil hospital.

The faculty here is abysmal, and the entire experience is a disaster. My suggestion? Look elsewhere for immigration medical tests. The lady at the front desk is unbelievably clueless and consistently exhibits rude behavior. We're paying for services, not to endure their inappropriate chatter. Max Healthcare is a disgrace, taking a leisurely 2-hour lunch break and making us wait endlessly--first for 3-4 hours, then tacking on an extra 30 minutes, resulting in a ridiculous 7-hour ordeal. Shame on Max Healthcenter, absolute shame.

The staff was very rudeee especially those two girls doing eye checkup beside female changing room. You guys should hire experienced persons. I spit on your services.

Eye testing staff was really rude. She even said she would write cheating on my results. I would like to ask a question- what would I gain by cheating in a eye test? Like seriously? For a record, I do wear glasses. She thinks she can say anything to patients. I really appreciate the othet staff members incl. Xray and Blood test team.

Very poor servicess... seriouslyyy dudee the guy who was collecting blood samples was literally harrassing the girls, he was taking a much much time on female clients and was making them engage in dirty conversation. Every girl was clearly uncomfortable there. He was a slim guy, not the turban one but beside him was that.
