Good hospital, Good service, nice staff. Helpful reception. Only disappointment was the chemist shop inside the campus. The staff is not meant for hospitality industry. I Monitored and experienced them 4 different times and each time I felt that the lady and boy inside were not happy working there. As if they r doing a favour to their customers. May be they r less paid, or may b wrong hires. Deducting two stars because of them, otherwise 5 stars this hospital.

Sharing my experience of Amar hospital - He is so called Doctor Umang Verma , highly bad doctor in terms Of treating and talking to customer . Our patient met with road accident and there was no one to talk to him . They asked undue amount after treatment of Rs 5000 extra for discharge . He asked for Additional PI charges of Rs 500 where he said he has to make police complaint that charges he charged customer but those charges are hospital borne and no one can charge customer , so much cheating happening at hospital Amar . I am well off to pay think about those people who merely have money to treat their patients and they are forced to pay those charges which are hospital responsiblity , not customer responsibility. He is so money minded who has intention just to make money and give no treatment to customer. At last this doctor came and said you have to pay the charges else we will not discharge your patient . So grahak jago ..., Stop going to these fraud doctor who holds degree just to loot people .

I can call this hospital one of the finest in the region. MY MOTHER case was referred by Chandi Mandir to ECHS empanelled hospital and I was bit confused about where should I go then Colonel sir suggest me for Amar Hospital and we bring our mother to the Amar Hospital. And she was suffering from kidney problems and the creatinine level was 8.97 and BUN was above 200mgdl when she was admitted in Amar Hospital. But the way the entire Amar Hospital team treated my mother's case in the hospital it was amazing and I want to say the special thanks to Dr Tanvi Raghuvanshi and her team. Also Half of the problems were already solved when the polite way they discussed the entire problem in front of us and they started the treatment, all team members Dr Tanvi Raghuvanshi, dr. Sankalp and ICU incharge Dr Bhram. My mother was admitted in the hospital for one week and after that one when Dr Raghuvanshi completed the biopsy and she discharge my mother from the hospital, on the day care OPD she keep continuing the treatment as the same manner when my mother was admitted. When we lost all the Hopes from all the hospitals, then they kept our hopes and resolve the entire Kidney issues, and now today after 23 days treatment my mother BUN level is 33 mgdl and cretanine is1.1mgdl. And Dialysis were stopped now. I also give my special thanks to the entire Hospital team who are working hard to make their Hospital environment more pleasant and good for all the patients. Everything is in a systematic manner from entry to exit. They have one of the best dialysis unit and Seth Mushi is one of the gentlemen working there. So without any confusion I can say that is one of the best kidney hospital in town. Recommend each and everyone kindly go there or if any kidney patients recommend him/her to Dr. Tanvi and also you must consult with the incharge of that Hospital doctor Sankalp. He will resolve half of your problems with his gentle behaviour. And for the kidney issue if you are not able to come so you can definitely get the online consultation with doctor Tanvi Raghuvanshi regarding the kidney issue, does she do the online consultation I am not sure, for that you can refer to the hospital. This hospital is completely fraud. They are charging double of amount. The patients has already paid the medicine bills but they charged again for the same medicine.I have cross check with counter she said sir yaha par aise he hota hai. Also the nursing staff doing politics In front of the patient and relatives. I don't not recommend anyone to go this hospital.

Nice experience with Amar hospital. We had C-section delivery there.All the staff was cooperative and humble. Gyno. Dr Akansha Bansal was too polite and expertise of her field. We will definitely recommend amar hospital and Dr. bansal without any doubt.

Doctor was not good he doesn't care about patients. Patient was suffering from stone pain and instead of checking the patient he was asking to pay fee first for the checking only staff was good they treat the patient well. It was 1:30 AM when I reached to the Amar hospital and patient was suffering from stone pain so I took tha injection from pharmacy and gave it to doctor but he refused and say that 1st you have to made OPD slip. I ask him to check if the injection is correct for the patient and ask him to start the treatment till the time I will take the OPD slip but he was just sitting on the chair. When I gave him the OPD slip after paying the fee after that he checked the patient and gave the same injection which I have given to him with other 2 injections. After that he was vanished and patient didn't get relief after half an hour I asked the staff to do something than the call another doctor she told them to give one another injection. After giving that injection patient got releif in 5 min.
