Highly recommended car service centre. I've been taking my car to popular service center for the past few years and I've always been happy with the service. Have been doing services at North service centre near to lissie hospital - ernakulam, but now since I'm at kollam i booked a service here. The office staffs and service executives were friendly and knowledgeable, and they always do a great job of explaining what needs to be done to my car and why. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands when I leave it here. I recently had my car in for a yearly service, and I was really impressed with the level of detail and care that the technicians took. Apart from oil changes and all, they found a few minor problems that I didn't even know about and they contacted me before taking action to it, as if proceeded will take a day more for the car to be delivered. Though I had myself driven to the service center the executive was kind enough to drop me to the nearest bus stop as the place is little away from the main bus reach out area. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to get their car serviced. Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Detailed and thorough service. Honest and trustworthy. Pick up and drop off service to your home. Cons: Located a little away from main road. For me was bad experiance, not very professional finally a lady says they have shortage of labers, for normal service they asking more then 6- 7 hrs which i done same day on sarthy for 4hrs and no waiting to get inspection they done straight
