Very bad experience, they do not service properly and charges more

If there is a 0 star option I would give them that. Worst workshop of Maruti. Seen lots of good reviews can't understand in what sence it was good. All fake reviews given by themselves only. Can't solve my problem anytime when I visited them, I have to come to sd repairing workshop at iocl gate and rectify my problem. The mechanic here are worthless and low pay grade can't even recognise what actually the problem is. No idea of any critical and complex repair. Any parts if you are looking not available with them you have to give order and wait for weeks after weeks to get them. Recent my car brake pipe has been damaged I gave them advance and order nearly a month passed but uptil now they can't deliver me. All nonsence and ediet staffs only sweet words in mouth and real work all duffers are working here. The parts which are avialable in local shops we have to give order and wait here all rubbish. The workshop is also in a very akward location. After burning fuel so much going there and your work is not done how will you feel. The workshop must be closed really. Only for washing and Mobil change, filter change nobody will go so far they can do at nearby some workshop.

Bad experience. Door Handle Broken, Gear Liver Handle Broken and Door pad properly not fitted. I'm worried that what they did inside, where I can not see.

Bit expensive but fast and efficient work they provide
