Worst service experience. Serviced a month ago for change of brake pads they charged me around 15k and now I'm facing the same issue as previous and newly my caliper has came out from the brake pad. Always facing any issues after service. Recently i also noticed that they haven't fitted one of my car part in the left rear door. They used to call me regularly after service and asked for positive reviews and 5star ratings i also raised my complaint during that time. Now none of them are giving me a proper reply for me. Each time facing any issues and even though I'm addressing my problems properly to them during the service the problems stays the same and none od them ate rectified.
I just experienced a great customer care services from the employees in Vishnu cars and the way they explained about the car was too clear and understandable. The guidance provided by Mr. Loganathan and Mr. Azar from the beginning and till end was very excellent and trustworthy.
Worst service centre. Gave for general service and polish , and they broke the front panel. When asked the response was even lethargic. It's not the first time happening. Stay away from this service centre. Local car mechanic will have a better quality that these people.
Experience was really pleasing. I never expected that deal will be completed including the finance so fast. All that was done in just 4 days. Thank to K Vinayaka Moorthy, Sales person, who did really very good job. He explained me various models, options and understood my requirement and budget and suggested Maruti Suzuki LXI. Vignesh Sales Executive is very nice and pleasingly explained the details of various Models and understand our requirements .He explained the various technical advantages of the vehicle and helped us to select Wagon R model. He took the pain of visiting our parking and demonstrated that there is no problem in parking the vehicle in our parking. He was informing the whereabouts of the vehicle regularly till now and took personal interest in early delivery of the vehicle. He is very good in his job and very helpful to the customer. Im sorry to say like this the very very worst experience i had while servicing my ertiga 3rd service they even not responding to me and not even replying They had my car for 3days while taking a car they said will give you be evening but the advisor Mr sathish not even called on the 1 st day. I approached to them on the 1st day they said will give you tomorrow ie 2nd day at 11 am that to they not even called again i approached they service center the car is not ready will deliver by 2nd day evening 7pm The sad part on the 2nd day also they didn't informed us 3 rd evening 6pm again i gone to the service center and then they said car is ready But I haven't received any of the phone call So the very bad experience i had by the vishnu cars service ekkatuthangal Maruti service masters in EKKATUTHANGAL providing better customer services go ahead with them Please don't approach vishnu cars ekkatuthangal for the service
