The worst service center in all of Chennai. The clever manager took my car for a body work 10 days back, and even when the insurance was approved, he was so careless to fix all the parts. And btw, he took my car 3 times in a span of 15 days. Hats off to the manager and people who run this place. Hope google doesn't allow negative reviews. Who ever wants an honest opinion on your business you run, give me a call. I'm sure the manager can share my number to you.

I gave my Alto car for full service last month. Praveen did an excellent job. He kept me posted on the progress. He also helped with supervision of the tyre I purchased and changed from outside. There was small scratch in my car glass post service, but Praveen and the manger Ganeshan ensured it was death with appropriately for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Cars India Kottivakkam branch

Very bad experience. Yesterday they replaced my right side mirror and the next day in less than 24 hours it came off and lost on the road. I called them up and they refused to refund.

Dear car owners, Never ever go to Cars India OMR. Everyone speak nicely. But loot your money in all possible ways. Noone can understand the bill and they replace parts unnecessarily. At the last minute, they charge heavily. When I gave my car for servicing, they charged 11K for 5000 km service. They charged 900 rupees for interior cleaning which is not done at all. The regular service always end up with new issues and they convince us that they will correct but never. Also there is pick up and drop service that too our cost only thet are doing. Insurance services are also very poor and delaying without reason. Considering my relationship with people who are working there, again i gave my car for full servicing. They charged few thousands. I was giving my car for servicing to them last 5 years. Adjusting their minor mistake here and there. But they cheated me heavily and crossed my tolerance limit. Discussed with their works and service managers there is no use and they are also not caring customers care seriously.

I had an issue with my AC blower not working and initially i went to ECR Maruti service center and Also to this OMR Cars india and both the people confirmed that the Blower motor has gone and i have to replace.... And both the people told me that they have to order and it would take 1 week to arrive and the cost around 3500 rs.. I was searching for a house that time and just imagine driving in chennai weather without AC for one week... Later i saw vaishali motors and with no hopes i went in thinking even they would not solve my issue... But then my saviour and fully experienced workshop incharge Mr Saravanan came and listened to me carefully with lot of patience because i was fully tired by then explaining to him as if i am an expert stating, i confirm that the blower motor has gone and do i get it replaced soon...Mr Saravanan said they can arrange the motor immediately, however he would first check once... I was in the impression that he would waste more time... But he checked thoroughly and found that we just need to change a fuse... With minimal charges and he did resolve my issue within 5 minutes.... I was so relieved and appreciated their work and customer handling was very good and they proved me wrong that bigger service stations work better...i learned a lesson today...." Dont judge a book by its cover".... By saying this i doesn't mean that this place is small.. They are well spacious and equipped....I would recommend everyone to visit once and experience the good service at Vaishali motors in OMR and NOT Cars india.... Cars india OMR IS waste.... Not good

Cheating fellows . Wort service. They took 15 litres diesel from my car. I asked them about diesel.they will give free water wash for next two months .

They also charged for door delivery and giving proper reason for everything. I was giving my car for servicing to them last 4 years. Adjusting their minor mistake here and there.
