One of the oldest gym runner in the town. The owner Mr Nirmal Malamdi is a body builder himself so there no doubt why this place is the best and budget friendly to workout. So many equipments and other CrossFits are available there. So too lose weight or to gain body they will help you in both. And they always suggest you to eat healthy and homely food.

I personally went there and experience the trainer was soo good. And facilities are also very well maintained
