People, please do not choose this.. you will get fooled out.. Waste of money.. Very worst behavior and service.. Especially the Manager was rude and not polite.. Promise was not kept.. The rooms were offered without cleaning and AC was not working in both the rooms. . Lift was not working.. When checking with the manager, solution was not given.. People please don't reach out to this place..
It's a waste of money and time. Don't prefer this hotel. No one is clean and hygienic. 100%dust and pollution. They won't provide blankets, full of dirt. I told many times.

The location is good, just beside the barbeque nation. But service is not so good. We have booked via goibibo and it's mentioned wifi & lift is available. However when we reached, the wifi & lift wasn't working and it took them 4 days to fix the wifi. Lift is still not working till the time of check out.
This is our 2nd stay at the Maruthi Residency. Enjoyed both times immensely! The staff are engaged and cordial, the rooms are super clean, beds are comfy with crispy white sheets. Hotel facility is very good that provide you a large bed with good conditioned room... Bathroom is also very large.... The place is located in close proximity to central, Perambur. The rooms maintained neatly and spacious one. Thank u You took good care of us.
Absolutely unbelievably rude front desk staff. How to ruin a stay 101. I arrived at 11.30 and they told me that I cannot checkin before 12 which was fair. So I dropped the bag at the front desk and when I came to pick it up and checked at 8PM I was scolded as to why I didn't pick it up earlier. The room itself was fine. And when I checked out 4 days later, they outright refused to hold on to the baggage for a few hours and asked me to book the room for the full day. Again the bag in question is only a backpack. These are small factors and common courtesies any one would expect. Don't let this place spoil your stay.
