Visited senses for a family dinner. overall ambience is great and you get a comfortable vibe. Would highly suggest to go for the buffet menu. Staff was polite and helpful albeit quite slow in their service. I had to keep searching for them so that someone could cater to my requests. Definitely need more staff to tend to the guests here. Food was great though and everything was delicious with sizeable portions.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The nearby area is great. It is situated in the Pune Town. Rooms are maintained well. The services are excellent. There are security is very good You and your family can be stay very securely in the hotel. You will get warm welcome when you enter in the reception. The serving people are very polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay. The room suits were excellent. The room service cleaners were excellent. The activities and facilities were great. Cleanliness and hygiene were brilliant. The front office reception staff were brilliant especially Shreya she went out of her depths to help us, show us around and answer any queries we had we thought she was absolutely brilliant. Most of the kitchen staff were very good and the food was nice in both restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would look to come back in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious experience! The staff are great with hospitality and services. These are studio apartment type rooms. You'll get a lot of amenities in the room. The food is just amazing. One of the best experiences with the wide range of availability. Every room is well maintained. Every service is at its best. The entertainment room is just great.

A great place for business buffet A great spread of Kebabs, Nawabi biryani and continental food ranging from pork and chicken salami, peta bread with humus, and prawns on ice Highly recommended for team lunch or dinner Being said it is located at the corner of the city and somewhat difficult to get to at business hours

Our experience being the worst, I don't think I'm ever visiting that hell hole again. I had booked a 3 bhk suite and it's upto me to take any 6 people I want to. But no they were so adamant. They were like we will choose which 6 people would get in my suite.this was completely absurd since I've paid for the hotel room it's upto me to decide. And just because of all this they made us wait at the reception counter for almost 2 hours. Om the brainless manager said if you go beyond this point I'll stop you. And moreover they were keeping an eye on us through the cctv camera and they also mentioned that they'll come and check the room. I mean what Kind of hotel does this. Honestly I don't think it's worth spending your money because the staff is not well trained to talk to the guests. Many of the other guests also faced this issue. I'm sure if they keep on keep such stupid staff Marriot suites in Pune is gonna loose majority of they clients. I'd rather spend money where I'm gonna be treated with respect. ANKIT also was about to hit one of my friends he had no control whatsoever on his anger. Meanwhile they saw one of us was recording they immediately gave us a threat to call the cops and honestly we dint mind because we did nothing wrong and they got scared because they knew they were not right on their part. I'd strongly suggest not to book your stay with them.

Great place to stay. Specious rooms with all amenities needed for longer stay. One star taken for Marriott bottle supplier - most likely they recycle bottles and don't clean them, found couple with some stuff inside. The other thing is I said couple of times I don't need room cleaning and still got several cards under my door daily, visits and call about room cleaning.

Situated in Koregaon park, this place is very accessible from various parts of the city. The property does not have a great view . However, once inside the premises, you will experience the tranquility and privacy that is much needed during a getaway. The suites are designed exceptionally well , with the kitchen, a large wardrobe, washing area and a long balcony. The food is an exciting layout, especially the buffet breakfast comprising of continental and Indian cuisine. The courteous staff also pamper you even as they take a lot of effort to stay non intrusive. The checkin and check out process was also swiftly managed, making the overall experience memorable and making one want more of the same!
