Should maintain little more . Rooms having small small insects . That should not be there .little disappointment after seeing insects . Curtains should be washed properly.. food was awesome also maintainance of hotel is too good.
The hotel is couple friendly and very good for staying one night or so..it has all the required amenities..the only thing is if you ask for any service it takes much time then expected.Overall the food is good ..and can taste the north indian style.
This hotel is located at the best possible point from the Railway station. Food in the restaurant is very delicious. The hotel needed to focus on cleanliness, the room was dusty, Bed sheet was dirty, the washroom doors were inoperative, there was no shampoo, the conditioner was expired, and water smells like drain water. Lift can accommodate hardly 2 people, Very small and congested. The safety in the hotel is very poor, my family got stuck in lift and they were strangled for a long time with poor maintenance and no power back up in between 2nd and 1st floor. Also, the entire floor was having a petroleum smell if it catches fire. There is no seriousness on fire safety. The government needs to audit these kind of hotels.

There is a no proper maintenance rooms and other utilities, and also bad ambiance maintained by management,staff is not responding quickly to rectify the issues.
Food taste is excellent but slow service. They took too long to serve the food. Ambience is excellent and car parking available.

I had a fantastic and pleasant experience staying at Marina Inn for nearly two weeks. I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff and the management throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet although expensive at first sight is worth giving it a shot at least once. The hotel premises were kept clean and tidy and the rooms get tidied everyday around the middle of the day. I would recommend this hotel to business travellers as well to family and friends looking for a functional and cozy short-term stay.
