Marble Lake View Point - Featured Reviews (381)
Came out when rocks, used for construction of the dams, were dug for. Many touristy shops have come up, hope they keep the area clean. A small stream of water comes out through the rocks where someone has placed a cut out of a plastic bottle. Can go over the top of the cliffs surrounding the lake - good place to watch sunset.

This is beautiful place of Purulia. .....The marble lake was formed when stones were quarried for mining, leaving a lavish picnic spot. A fragment of Kangsabati river locked between the marble horns, it's a destination to find peace.
