I want to share my experience with marble city hospital jabalpur My grandfather was hospitalized there on August 2023 because he had a very high fever. His treatment was done under a specialised neurologist ! But the duty doctors of the hospital considered my father more of a formality than a responsibility. The neurologist of the hospital used to manipulate the medicines as recommended by our specialized doctor .They treated him very badly, his hands and feet were tied with the bed . His problems were not heard. His health deteriorated further. As soon as we saw some small improvement, we decided to shift him to Nagpur . As the duty doctors of marble city came to know about this. They put him on a ventilator, telling us that his oxygen level was going down (simply blackmailing us for the sake of his health) so that we would agree on there statement, And that same evening father had talked to me very well. After we reached Nagpur, doctors also told me that they had not even controlled my father's sugar (though he was not a sugar patient , his sugar was diagnosed 485) He remained hospitalized for 5 days and on the 6th day he had cardiac arrest which he couldn't survive and the doctors told us the main reason of the cardiac arrest was pneumonia caused by the ventilator. and they have also mentioned that The doctors here at marble city unnecessarily put him the ventilator which was pathetic!! We still regret our decision of hospitalizing him there. Also I'm not blaming the entire staff but some selected people. Just to earn some money this world becomes so cruel and cold hearted! As if they dont have Family! So sad to see all this. Thank you doctors for breakout my trust and hopes.

Hospital is running on the calibre of staff there.Drs assigned to duty has very casual approach as they don't understand their responsibility to visit the patient. Once admitted only staff will take care of .Avoid to visit if there is option.

It is very bad faculty, I had taken my mother to emergency only with the complaint of loose motion vomiting As soon as she was taken here she was given 20 to 30 saline injections at once without stopping There is no knowledge, they do treatment without any knowledge and kill the patient as a doctor If someone wants to save the life of his patient then do not make the mistake of admitting him in this hospital These people can only spread negativity The doctor and staff here know very well how to spoil the condition of a patient. This hospital does not deserve any star

I admitted my father in the hospital and lost him in 3 days , one suggestion for Dr Roshani Pandey, please talk to patient's family or relatives with respect, give them chance to explain their concern and explain them problem in easy and non-medical turm, Shouting and scolding doesn't belong to good behaviour and doesn't suit a doctor. A dog even treated better in veterinary hospital . Don't take this feedback otherwise, it is pure my experience in the hospital. After loosing my father I am still regretting why I bring him to this hospital.

I had very bad experience with marbal hospital staff even they dont have sence how to behave with pt. And attender....dr. availability and their response was also bad.

Service of hospitality is good and environment regarding the patient and his/her attendant with the nursing staff is also good. Doctor will provide the proper resolution for you disease and will guide his patients according to that. They not preferred so much medicine which goes costly.

My experience with Marble City was very good. Doctors are efficient and staff are well trained specially Mr. Charles is concerned about services and patient. Mrs. Meera Upadhyay is a very pleasant , caring and energetic woman. Thanks
