Hi, I have recently purchased giant roam 2 disc 2022 model from Maratha cycles. Firstly, i would like to mention that the supporting staff is highly experienced and very cooperative. Though I was not new to cycling, Mr. Rajiv guided me and helped me in sorting out model as well as size so that it will be a best fit bicycle for me. Also the required model was made available within a very short period of time. I am very happy with the new bicycle as well as purchase and support experience from Maratha cycles. Many of my friends from Barshi Cycling Club have purchased bicycles from here and they are happy. I recommend this shop for world class bicycles, better service, branded accessories and 24x7 support. I'm writing my whole experience with maratha cycle center. 1st of all i was a new comer to the city/state and after a lot of research i got to know that to buy a cycle, maratha cycle is the best in town. 2nd thing is that all of their staff are very humble, friendly and cooperative. 3rd is that because of Maratha cycle i got to know about GRC2022 and many things about cycling and some other stuffs. So overall it was a great experience with the whole Maratha cycle center team and it will be my pleasure for any upcoming rides or events with you guys.

Customer service was excellent. Rajiv and all the other staff (who assemble/service the bicycle) are polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I liked that they provided me with test rides until I found the right frame & tyre size, and thanks for the free accessories.
