Rooms were fine and were proportional to the cost. There's a restaurant but it isn't functional. This place is good if you only want a place to stay. The staff and the security were kind and helpful from my experience. Parking space was also available. So if you want something like games and enjoy your time during your stay then it's better to book a resort. But if you only want a room to stay then this place will be fine which is cost effective.
The location is good, but the rooms and bathrooms have a terrible mouldy smell. We have taken a few photographs of uncleaned bedsheets and pillow covers but decided not to post them on social media. Very old and smelled of soke everywhere in room corridors,but the night in charge of the hotel was a respectful man with good hospitality. In short, perfect location with unprofessional management.
Reasonable price .... Friendly Staffs..... Stay one day with family..... Kids friendly.....have childrens play area..... Nice Location.... Nice balcony view.... No LED TV's..... If they provoid LED TV's we watch movies using pendrive... Bcoz that portable tv and setup box have only malayalam channels... That is the only disadvantage... But have some free tamil channel....
Hotel is good , rooms are also good but as per the price they charge. The telephone doesn't wrk if you need anything you need to call from your phone or else go down at the reception. We asked for an extra blanket and you can see the picture of what kind of blanket we got. They don't provide water bottle , they have only 3/4 items in the menu and they have a very limited menu . The room was dusty! The blankets were not clean but properly tucked underneath the mattresses. My wife and kid were sneezing the whole night. Likewise, the shower head was missing and don't even think about hot water! The property is having a small area for a baby garden with minimal playground equipment. Indeed, the area is scattered with sharp heavy rocks which can hurt your kids. I tried to convey the same at reception, but the response was a simple-minded smile. Apart, from outside security surveillance is good and the resort is very near to the town. Thanks for your valuable time to read this message!

Good facilities with decent cleanliness. The restaurant services they had was beneficial. The food was excellent and tasty. The scenic view was gorgeous where on one side you get the idea of Munnar town (houses, shops and so on) whereas the other side had this beautiful view of the tea plantation. They also had a well kept and maintained nursery, which brought a different view to the place. Overall, I think we had a good time.
