Veryyyyy third classs service .. 1. staff is extremely rude and they don't allow to charge iphones for 5-10 mins . 2 . I asked about battery usage and optimisation the staff very conveniently told me visit Vashi Service Center with bothering to review battery settings in my iPhone. 3 . The staff is just sitting to fetch money out of people offering no cost EMI with unwanted attitude issues. 4 . Worst hospitality towards customers and lack of product knowledge. I urge all Navi Mumbaikars to buy phone from Vashi Inorbit Store ..they are much better. Thanks

We have had an excellent experience in the Maple store at the mall. Khushi who was helping us had an excellent demeanour. She was helping multiple clients with the same attention to detail. Thank you for hiring which amazing staff

Worst people are employed here. Dont want to give even 1 star. I and my husband was there to purchase 2 iphones on 1st dec 2023. Firstly there was noone to attend and secondly when we called for people they asked are you here to buy ? Imagine , the audacity . After evaluation of the old iphone he quoted a price and just left. Again there was noone to attend us . When I called someone again one guy just came rudely and said you have to wait because I am attending other customers. I said, its ok to wait but at least inform us about it and then he said I wont attend you. When my husband said we will complain he just said go ahead and do whatever you want . worst people are employed here to tarnish the name of Apple. Some actions should be taken against these illiterate people.

I had gone to the maple store today. Had to ask 3 of the professionals before I could get the product I went for Also, the professional who sold it to me first mentioned the prize, before even showing me the product or how it works. After getting the product from the storage area, she directly asked me how I would prefer to pay and after I did the payment, she told me that I will get the invoice via email (indirectly telling me to leave). She didn't even bother to unbox the product or ask me if I needed help knowing the features. I felt like they were doing me a favor by selling me a product and giving me their precious time. Very unprofessional and very rude. I would rather go to the Apple Store than go to a local maple store. Lesson learnt

Maple, Nexus Seawoods Mall A grand showroom with a decent ambiance, everything related to apple viz iPhone, iPads, MacBooks and related accessories are available there. It is a renowned authorised service centre for apple products. Staff there is quite attentive, polite, knowledgeable and having helpful approach. Had a very good experience yesterday.

Absolutely loved this place! I'll say it's the best place to buy an Apple product. Here the outlet is very Big. You'll literally find each & every model of Apple iPhone, iWatch, MacBooks, iMac & many other premium accessories. We bought our first Apple product from here, which was a MacBook Air M1 model & that too at a very good price. It costed us around Rs83,000/- after they gave us a 10% discount. Even the staff here is very helpful & we loved interacting with them. Overall very happy!

Writing this review after receiving a very kind and good customer service from this store... Had a purchase of a phone a week back... So right from the purchase... the exchange of the old one... getting a good deal and also the freebies ... it was all so friendly... During the data transfer too there was some glitch but with a smile stood by us for another half and hour until everything was alright... Thankyou Mr. Swapnil for the good customer care... Five stars
