One-star review 27/09/2023 on 1pm I was excited to try out all of the new features on the newly launched IPhone 15 Pro. I know that I'm not supposed to change the wallpaper, but I just wanted to see what it looked like with a different image. I was browsing the wallpaper options when a lady staff member came up to me and started shouting at me. She told me that I was not supposed to change the wallpaper, and that I needed to change it back immediately. I tried to apologize and explain that I just wanted to try it out, but she refused to listen. She continued to shout at me, and she even started giving me dirty looks. I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by this Lady staff member. I would not recommend this store to anyone. thoughts: 1)It is understandable that Apple has rules about changing the wallpaper on its devices. However, there is no need for staff members to be rude or disrespectful to customers. 2)The lady staff member in this situation should have simply explained to the customer that they were not supposed to change the wallpaper, and then offered to help them change it back. 3)There is no excuse for the lady staff member's rude and disrespectful behavior. Apple should train its staff members on how to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Very good experience , pleasant greeting and detailed explanation of offers etc. We purchased iphone 15 plus and Nitin from staff was very helpful and patient throughout the purchase. Awesome phone and awesome service. Thank you Nitin and maple..

We casually went over to have a look at the newly launched iPhones of 2023. Was pleasantly greeted and explained the features of the phone with detailed offering. Finally landed up buying the phone.
