Manu Adventures India with special mention to our guide Vivek, I would call it the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. I went for 3 days and 2 nights trek to Kareri Lake. I went there with my father and sister. We were given a brief about the trek before the start of our trip along with all the minor details such as availability of rain cover, water and rising prices of items as we'll climb higher. On day 1 Vivek(Our guide) who resides in Kareri Village took all three of us on a hike of about 12-13 km from Bhagsu Nag to his place. It was a home stay at his beautiful home on top of a mountain. It was a once in a lifetime experience along with the delicious home cooked food he provided us. Vivek was always helpful and available to us for all our needs. On day 2 We left around 9 AM in the morning after our heavy breakfast including Paranthe, achar and tea. We started our Kareri lake trek today. And it was an amazing and tiresome journey to the top. We reached the top at 4 PM. We stopped on the way for our lunch and multiple short breaks. My father being 52 years old was going up at his own pace and Vivek was helping him along the whole journey. Reaching the summit, camping at night, sitting across bon fire are the moments you have to experience to know what they feel like. Day 3 We started our descent at around 9:30. Vivek helped us book a cab from kareri to Mcloedganj at cheaper rates because of his links. We reached the end point by 1:30. It was an amazing journey and being such a helpful guide as Vivek being backed by Manu Adventures was a delight. I highly recommend them for treks all around Mcloedganj. You should definitely check them out as they provide the services that they charge for. My family came back home with amazing memories and many new friends.
This trek was one of the highlights of our month in India. Our guide Ranji took wonderful care of us and made sure we were always comfy and having a great time. It's clear that the Manu team wants their guests to have fantastic adventures, and they excel in providing everything you need to tackle multiple nights up in the mountains above Dharamshala. Also, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners/snacks/chai was fantastic. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you want to see some of the most striking scenery on this earth with a team who cares, do yourself a favor and go on this trek.

This was my first ever trek and it was amazing. Special thanks to the guide Vivek who was very patient with our speed of trekking. He not only just guided us to climb the mountain but has also given an experience which we never had before like cutting wood for a bonfire from the jungle. He behaved like a friend rather than a guide. Apart from that the arrangements and staff at the campsite were also very good. Overall this made our trek an unforgettable one.
We had an amazing time trekking to laka glacier! Manu was a great guide, he's a lot of fun and has so much knowledge about the area. Playing cricket at 3300metres was a highlight! Ranu's campsite was really lovely, incredible views and tasty, hearty food! Both Manu and Ranu took really good care of us and we'd really reccomend trekking with them, it's great value for money as well.
It was a fantastic experience we did the Indrahar pass with the help of the guide Shivam everything was perfect, not a trek suitable for everyone there is a lot of walking, but with an excellent guide and motivator as I found everything is possible Manu adventure suggested thanks Andrea ITA milano
