Overall good budget hotel. Nice clean spacious room. Bathroom good and clean. Reception & waiting area was good. Restaurants food very nice and yummy. Room service is slow and towls are less. So given 3 star for service. Staff behavior good and friendly. They are very helpful

Mansha is all about hype, i personally didn't find it worth of money. Not even good location even in Suit rooms. No good food. Service is bit better because staff are polite. But I will suggest you there is plenty of good place to stay there in less amount of money. So check rating before going there.

This hotel has adjusted all my refunds with fraud agency name Andaman the dream Island I will suggest no one to book the hotel and you can go for lemon tree like professional hotels over better in services and refunds to the guest in their hard times... Do I have lost my 28000 but I am pretty sure they .. this hotel doesn't even have any answers so they make fake replies...be aware to all guests...

The property is well designed and constructed, however, lacks a big time maintenance. The staff are well trained and mannered. They do their best to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant had a good menu and the food was tasty as well. I had an awful experience on Jun 2-3 and I will never opt for this again. 1. I had reached 2 hours after their official check-in timing and my room was not ready yet. I had to wait nearly 30 mins at the reception. 2. I stayed in the room no 105 which had a faulty ac. The entire night there was water leakage from the AC vent and we couldn't realise it. The luggage desk and wardrobe is given below the AC vent. The next morning my suitcase was nothing less than a bucket. All my clothes were wet and I had nothing to wear. On the top of this, there was no laundry service available. It was pathetic experience for me and surely spoiled my entire day.

Stay at mansha regency was good, front office staff was welcoming & responsive at all times. Washrooms are a bit small but good to go. Breakfast was really nice & fresh, but indian main course lacks taste even the Chinese starters didn't felt good. Kitchen staff hardly cares about your requests i ordered through room service, if you give them any sort of instructions they'll end up saying ye to aisa he hota hai, kitchen staff needs to be more trained.

The rooms were neat & clean. Food was good. Overall it was a great experience. Sandeep Kumar in the front desk especially very hospitable

Very corporative and helpful stuff. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. It is located near the market area and middle of the city. Overall wonderful experience.
