Opposite Gouripada Lake Total 5 Buildings. Less space for parking All festivals celebrated. Lift issue always there in Bhagirathi. CCTV Available. No Water & Electricity Cutout. Useless Fountain in the middle of the complex. I don't know why they waste money on that useless thing. Can be used as a park for ceremonies and other occasions or for other sports activities.

Ss Bakers cake fresh, and good in taste. Pineapple and red velvet is my favourite cake... Try it taste it.

Amazing place & super cakes

Nice Place. Theres a nice pand right in front of the building giving it a good ambience. Only problem is that its difficult to get an auto or public transport.

Big area flats and awesome location facing lake

On my stay for 5 long year it was one of best complex and well design .... plz maintain the same will request the members

Security is only on regester paper work, Orignal fact is this areas flat owners dont have a secur moment

Society is impeccable people are so nice and humble security is also good
