Parents !!! Your child deserves better. Look at your baby's face after 2-3 hours of waiting. They are earning from each patient 200+ for consultation and with vaccines 10000+ At least they should care about these little kids. Dr Mankar should educate their staff how to handle patients softly. If not possible hire some sensible and educated manager for managing all the crowd. It is quite possible if u focus more on people and less on money. Dr shalaka treating patients upto 12 at night what will be conditions of little one who came at 8pm -9 pm for treatment. If they don't manage people well it's gone be difficult.
Best doctor in Pune.Most important,he is honest with his every single patient. Hospitalisation charges are too much affordable.Due to affordable charges,He is unable to purchase new plot or big shop for his hospital. That's why,there is long waiting hours for the patient with long queue.

Best child hospital in Pune. Dr. Sanjay sir & shalaka ma'am both are polite with every single patient. But receptionists needs training on how to behave with patients guardians. Especially that receptionist with spects.

Doctor Mankar and Shalaka are fantastic but the management of patients is pathetic, Qup doesnt help if ur few minutes here n there. No proper management of queues, long waiting hours and stranded kids portrays that these doctors are behind making money. Staff on reception are pathetic. I wouldn't recommend if ur kid is really low and needs immediate attention.
Doctors are good and supportive but the night staffs are a disgrace to the hospital. They are very rude and have a pathetic nature. They should understand a sick child is already keeping the parents tensed. You behaving in the most inhumane way is the last thing they want to see.
