I am a member of this gym for two years and I have seen very good improvement with my fitness and lifestyle. The trainers of the gym have a very good and positive vibe. This is one of the few gyms where regular members are also given equal importance as Personal training clients. Trainers always help you with workouts and are very friendly. The other regular members of the gym are also very friendly. I'd highly recommend this gym for anyone who are starting their gym career as a beginner.

Brilliant gym. After 8 months of lockdown, my stamina and muscles were in a very bad shape. I started off with Vijay with a few basic excercises per day and then went on to take personal training for 3 months. The result at the end of the training is palpable. I don't feel tired anymore and have a muscle structure that I have never had before.
