Absolutely pathetic service. Bought 2 diamond rings on March 5th, 2021. Had to give them back for repairing on 12th March, 2021 because one piece of diamond fell of a ring and the finishing was PATHETIC. Expected delivery was 18th March, 2021 (as written on the slip). And, then started the series of calls delaying the delivery. From one week to 2 weeks to 4 weeks that is one month. The series of excuses- it has gone to Kolkata, then the craftsman is sick and then told us off until May 1st, 2021. Then on May 1st i.e., today they say it has gone to Bombay now and since it's lockdown it won't be possible for them to hand it over before May 15th, 2021. When I called out their BS, the lady told me that I cant blame them! I paid so much money to not wear it for even one day properly. The diamond fell off a few hours after I wore it. The sheer Audacity of this jewellers is mind boggling! Pathetic, horrible, terrible service!
