Staff was extremely unprofessional and useless. Particularly, the workshop manager and staff are useless and completely unskilled. It is necessary to replace all of them with skilled people.
Furthermore, there was no proper receiving and explanation of problems with the vehicle.
Charges were made without replacing spares, which is considered complete cheating.

Recently we had taken delivery of mahindra thar from this dealership and we have faced so many issues and problems with this dealership executives....this dealership is full of useless and reckless sales executives and manager.

This is the worst showroom.. never buy vehicle here.. all cheaters.. once they sell the vehicle they don't care about anything.. very very pathetic service and management.. I can write a story on my experience and even make movie on these fellows.. no one is helpful.. worst experience ever.. Sales GM is useless here..

I was given for 10000 free service just they r change the oil and water wash even water wash also worest.. and mainly thing without information they do some coatings and collect the money... there final ajenda is stolen Money from customers pocket... I have purchased a new car here. The accessories are not completely delivered as promised. Also, the fitted accessories are not the best. They have promised a settlement of the issue and it's been six months and no response. Such a poor service. Avoid to purchase a mahindra here at any cost. Neon motors in Vizag is much better
