Staff was extremely unprofessional and useless. Particularly, the workshop manager and staff are useless and completely unskilled. It is necessary to replace all of them with skilled people. Furthermore, there was no proper receiving and explanation of problems with the vehicle. Charges were made without replacing spares, which is considered complete cheating.
One of the worst dealerships of mahindra & mahindra..! Recently we had taken delivery of mahindra thar from this dealership and we have faced so many issues and problems with this dealership executives....this dealership is full of useless and reckless sales executives and manager. I have purchased a new car here. The accessories are not completely delivered as promised. Also, the fitted accessories are not the best. They have promised a settlement of the issue and it's been six months and no response. Such a poor service. Avoid to purchase a mahindra here at any cost. Neon motors in Vizag is much better
