It's the only original place for Hot Yoga in India... highly trained and professional instructors.... if you in Bombay don't miss a chance to try it, 90 minutes of pure Bliss.. they flex each and every muscle of your body in a hot environment which helps to increase your body flexibility and hence flushes out the toxins much more.. highly recommended
Was on a short visit to Mumbai and so glad that i could attend their yoga session. Had heard about hot yoga and wanted to give it a try. It was an amazing session with great intensity and vibe. Even though it was my first class Mandeep made sure to provide proper instructions and making sure that i got the posture right. You leave the class wanting more :) Highly recommended!

I was introduced to Hot Yoga by the gorgeous Mandeep Kaur Sandhu about a year ago. I wasnt aware of such a thing till I met her. Life in Mumbai is very hectic and often leads to stress and feelin anxious. There was a time when my anxiety was out of ctrl and I struggled with it for sometime. And I must say that I discovered that I wasnt the only one going thru it. There are many of us strugglin with it and havin a hard time.to find a solution. Despite all the excuses I had given to Mandeep from escaping Hot Yoga classes due to being exhausted, being a great instructor, Mandeep had constantly given me a push to come for classes and to maintain a consistency in Hot Yoga. Today, I can't thank her enough because of her and her hot yoga, my anxiety is so mich in control and I din realise this till one day I was told by a fellow friend that thisbis due to the hot yoga practice !! To all those who are strugglin with anxiety and stress out there, I HIGHLY reccommend Mandeep Hot Yoga practice. It solves MANY things, your musckes are defo strengthened, your focus becomes much more sharp AND a good sleep is guaranteed. Thanks Mandeep. You are a healer!!
