I took July2021 offline home visit yoga class, 9am Classes were conducted by Manav ji I really enjoyed learning yoga from his entire demeanour is very positive and Yogs asana became enjoyable though there are many asanas that I difficult for me. Atma namaste manav sir is a very good person, he will make you feel important. His yoga skill is excellent. I have been praticing yoga only for 3 month and I am benefitting alot already. Atma namaste sir I attended 21 days Meditation Course at Manav's yoga Institute. Indore This course is designed in such a way that people from all the age groups can attend it. 21 days meditation not only creates a positive impact on your physical well being but also makes one mentally strong and capable. It gives us the brightness to do something good for ourselves(overall health) and motivates and encourages us to do good for the society as a whole.I would say that I am very lucky that i was able to attend the 21 days meditation course. It has really given a spark to my life and the techniques taught in 21 days if practiced daily will enhance our well being and overall lifestyle.
