Terrible Experience: Rude Owner and Subpar Food at Manasa Hotel in Guntur
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel falls far short of even basic standards of hospitality.
First and foremost, the owner of the hotel is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Their attitude towards customers is incredibly disrespectful and abusive. Instead of providing a welcoming and pleasant environment, the owner made me feel like an inconvenience, responding to my simple inquiries and requests with impatience and rudeness. It is truly appalling to witness such behavior from someone who is supposed to be in the service industry.
Moreover, the food served at the Manasa Hotel was a complete letdown. The menu boasted a variety of options, but the quality was far from satisfactory. The dishes lacked flavor, and the presentation was unappealing. It seemed like the ingredients used were of poor quality, making the entire dining experience quite underwhelming. It is disappointing to pay for a meal that is subpar at best.
In conclusion, i strongly recommend to not go here at any chance. There is no negative rating so I had given them 1 star.
Superb taste ( pappu is the speciality here ) I've tasted many Annam pappu in guntur but no one can replace taste of this one .. pure vegetarian meals , currently the price for single curry's are 30rs per packet, half meals price is 80rs and 140rs for full meals .. also you can exchange curry's in your meals if you're taking a parcel ..

Very simple meals. Heart fulfilling taste and quantity. People talk about business lunch and other things. This place is in the middle of a happening business street. On an average u don't have to be inside the hotel for. More than 20 min this is from buying your token to washing your hand and stepping out

Excellent Vegetarian Meals. Tastes like homemade food, very soulfully made. Service is nice too. Will visit again for sure. Hope there will be a branch in Visakhapatnam in future soon.
