Staff are dishonest and cheaters. I went to fix my broken chain there, and the staff member took a small piece from the chain and tried to play it cool. When I asked them where is it, they said it was melted and passed me a tiny piece, but the weights weren't tallying. Customer service is really bad unless you're looking rich in their eyes. I don't blame the company but the staff are giving it a bad name. I hope I person responsible for this read this and whatever money he cheated me off is benefitting him and his family.
Had a very pleasant experience with the store. Eventho it was for a small exchange the staff treated with great respect. Mr Cristin also helped me resolve confusion's about my gold purchase plans with great effort. Really happy with them.

The staff were very helpful. Staff member Keerthana was so helpful with finding us the style of rings we were after. And also suggesting nice stone set gold rings. They have a good range of rings for those with small fingers around 6-8!
