Have good collections. Felt making charge is high compared to other jewellers. Service was good. The sales person was very nice and understood what was in my mind and helped to choose the right product as per my wish. Apart from that their packing is not good. When we gift something the box and packing is not at all impressive. Happy with the products I bought from there. It's good for purchasing simple jewellery.

Bhima has a reputation for itself so I don't need to comment on the quality of their products. They've a rather large gold and ornament collection. Service is excellent and staff is very courteous. Pricing is reasonable as we had purchased during an offer period. What I don't understand is people spent hours here and they never paid attention to how their washrooms and getting there in itself is a task. For a luxury business like theirs, their washrooms are an exact opposite, as one of a 3rd class lodge.

Great experience for shopping Gold and Diamonds. Ground and first floors exclusively for Gold and 2nd floor for diamonds. Experienced Staff who explains the nitty-gritties of the costly items you purchase. Detailed explanation on all the points related to the ornament. Lot of designs ranging from few thousand to lakhs of rupees. Nobody will get disappointed for lack of exquisite designs and collections. Ample space for parking vehicles. Just by the side of MG Road near Maharajas Metro Station. All the Staff are 100% proffessional and behave politely. Recommend if somebody wants pure ornaments made in a classical and great way at affordable and not so affordable prices.

You guys must change your software during your down time , perform your testing and be ready for customers rather than test your customer's patience . Poor service and salesmanship ... no queue maintained .... Sad service delivery ... no manager around to perform a service recovery !!!
