I made 2 visits to the store. The staffs are courteous and very helpful. Sana helped us understand the plans in a better way and explained the plus and minuses. The store ambience and space is very good. The designs available have great variety. The purchases are simple to do and transparent.

The Malabar Jewellery at Phoenix Mall, Pune is an exclusive outlet for Gold, Diamonds and other precious gems. They have wide range of designer & traditional Diamond, Gold and silver ornaments. Best in class collection of Bangles, Necklace and earrings etc. All ornaments are 100% certified with BIS/hallmark. Staffs are very helpful and deal fairly. They offer coffee and water while shopping. It was nice experience in Malabar !!!

Malabar is the worst place to buy gold jewellery. The build quality is really pathetic and that's how they make money. I have purchased a jewellery on their recommendation for regular use. The product didn't even last for one month. I went to the shop for repairing they suggested an alteration and I had to pay some amount for this alteration but even this design didn't last for a month. Next time I went to their shop and they told this design had issues and I have to alter it again but they were not ready to take any responsibility that it will last. Then I asked for a refund on which they said 2% will be deducted. Seriously I could hardly use this product for which I am loosing making changes + gst + 2% on gold value. So even gold price has increased I had significant loss of 15% just because I visited Malabar. PS: looks like they have paid reviews.
