Very bad service they are giving bus operators are looting people money and time. They give wrong time bus time was 9:30am in JGD Travels, real time bus start 4:30pm 8 hrs loss. Don't travel by bus and also don't do booking by apps redbus, make my trip, etc all are fake. They do not work on ground situation. They should track buses by taking system. Bus operator show 5 buses of different timing but they only one or even shifted to other bus at the last moment. Journey of 18 hrs becomes 35 hrs. I hate. I will give 0 rating to all of these.

Good to know that Make My Trip has opened their office in Patna. Have booked Maldives package with them at discounted rate. Seller is very cooperative and friendly. All the best
