Majestique Towers East - Apartment building in Pune - Pune, India

Magestique tower is located on upper kharadi...currently Two tower possession already been given to owners. Society is good but there are many flaws...like due to other towers construction for same society you will be facing lot of noise issue from 6 am to late night. There is multiple light outs in this area in a day. No. AC wiring fitting in current construction. Wash room water filter doesn't work many times, therefore one can face lot of smell in flats. Management is also not very proactive. If you complaint for some issue to management then it can be taken care after a longer period of time. No markets nearby, one can need to visit minimum 2 km to buy or online buy. Garden space is good enough. Other facilities are there but for just to show case for new buyers. This society is near to international tech park and eon it therfore rates are too high.

Flat location, carpet area and accordingly price is very good... But but but... The behaviour of some management person is very rude... The don't allow any customisation in the flat.... And they are not Fully transparent about Rera no. And project sanction... But Project is good.. and I am positive.. Some more points: - Near by many big project and with comparison to other, it has benefits of price over other project. - Approx All Amenities are provided, Club house is more attractive for visitors - Nearby area is still in development, so may be in future there should be wider road and more market nearby projects - As builder reputation is good in marker so you may be get your flat within the Rera data provided by seller ++ Even they not entertain or give proper guidance to new owners of flat...

Majestique Towers East has poor construction quality and water leakages in Bed rooms and Bathrooms in all blocks including New blocks. Few flats are booked and caneclles due to poor quality I have not seen this worst quality builder. People are going crazy and investing 1.5Crores for 3BHK flat for this very poor quality. I feel ash is used instead of Cement for construction. Builder has increased the number of floors after getting higher FSI but not increased the amenities Space. Not worth to invest by only looking at near to IT park. With this cost, we can build a 5BHK bungalow in a Gated society in surrounding 4Kms radius

Project is really good. World class amenities. Spacious and well thought 2/3 bhk floor plans. For new/investment/budget oriented buyers, it's great opportunity to buy. This is official in Wagholi but it is situated at the end of kharadi. New It park by Punchashil is coming up just opposite to thi project. This area will have massive growth in future.

Very Nice experience with Majestique Landmarks. Got Possession before time. Sales to CRM staff, everyone was very helpful during my journey from Booking till Possession.

Good location and competitive price around kharadi. All the major tech parks visible from the society.

I wish there was an option to give negative rating. This is the worst property one can ever imagine living in. There's power cut, water supply is irregular, Sometimes the water from taps is brown Apart from all of this I had a really bad experience with the owner of the flat that I rented (in B wing 1st floor), he/she increased the rent by 50% after the agreement expired, and when we decided to vacate the flat they deducted unreasonably high amount from security deposit and even after multiple requests no bills were provided for the money claimed by them.

Indeed happy to experience the improvement happened in every segment of customer satisfaction at Majestique Towers, apart from that the quality of construction and value for money with world amenities are always been a key USP of Majestique Landmark developers which was the main reason to invest our second property in Majestique Towers East,Kharadi
