Only one request/suggestion: 3BHK Flats are paying almost Rs 1000/- more as compared to 2 BHK Flats. Normally the size of Family is more (that's why we booked a 3BHK Flat). Normally for family size of 4-6 people it is quite inconvenient to use only 1 card. So we request you to atleast provide us with 2 Clubhouse Card. It will be quite helpful. Biggest Residential Township in Hadapsar, biggest and luxurious clubhouse with ultra modern gym, kids area, swimming pool, tennis court and many more such exciting features. Timely delivery of Flats. This is a totally honest review. It is an amazing project with good maintained amenities and staff is also good. If there are any issues they are being attended and sometimes that is late for genuine reasons. There is negative news and atmosphere being spread in the society. Water quality reports are posted and water is found to be good. A really good project in this area with genuine people.
The project is a very nice quiet complex that is conveniently located right near JSPM college. It is clean, safe and well constructed. It has a nice pool area and also good amenities. At the time of purchase Mr. Yogesh Jagtap guided us, he explained everything about project. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
