Poorest construction quality, pathetic and most incompetent manager assigned. Lots of issues. Leakage, seepage, parking not allotted, even lifts are out of order most of the time (these are newly installed lifts) etc. It does not deserve 4 starts at all. Seems like fake and paid reviews. Please talk to people who are living in existing blocks before any sales person. You will know the reality. Don't waste your hard earned money.
Poor construction quality. One of the commercial shop is rented to liquor business. People sit outside society gate drinking openly. No amenities at all and poor parking spaces. Leaking continuously.
This property deserves less than 1 rating. They will tell you anything to sell this property. Parking area is continuously leaking. Their construction quality is also poor. Manager assigned is incompetent. Even the committee formed is not competent (ignore important problems and fight over petty issues). Even the manager allotted by builder is a committee member and does not perform his duties either as a committee member or as a manager. Seems most of them are trying to push their services to society by being a member. Point is it is our hard earned money and I think there are lot of better properties out there in this price. Research before investing.
Please don't believe in paid and fake reviews. Their loan agents, sales people and other chamchas have also given farzi reviews. Location is fine but do consider construction quality as well before investing your hard earned money. Poor construction quality, tons of leakage in parking area, amenities delayed, incompetent management, frequent lift shutdowns, switchboard alignment (few of them are tilted, how hard is that?), No PMC water supply, no gas pipeline etc. Before visiting sales office, visit the existing blocks and ask any resident about their experience. You will get to know the reality. And to top it all, the surrounding has become a famous place for drinking. People sit openly in commercial area and no one takes action against them.
I won't recommend anyone to buy this property. I bought my first home here and the experience is terrible. Very poor construction quality and finesse (even th switchboards are titled and upside down). Leakages in basement, no proper backup. Sales people would commit to anything till you buy and then deny later. Tons of follow up even for the smallest things. Please don't waste your money here.
Good Location, well connected to Hadapsar and Magarpatta IT Park, also connected to Wanowri and NIBM Location. good project for residence and Investment.
