Majestique Landmarks - Real Estate Builders & Construction Company in Pune - Pune, India

I am owning a 2 bhi flat in Majestique Landmark's Majestique Oasis project. During rain our basement is getting logged with water for which builder has not provided gravity operational storm water drainage system. Followed multiple times with builder he has not provided solution to us till date. I request to new buyers please think thrice before booking any flat made by Majestique Builder. They are lack in transperancy, trust, and commitment.

After this incident I come to know that, why Majestique Nest team was not allowing us to see our flat. It is because, not to see poor construction quality. In very first rain, our master bedroom side wall got leakage, rain water was coming from the wall crack. Seems we were staying in hut. Possession of flat & maintenance started from Jan 2023. They have used same porch/tiles in flat and outside of flat i.e.floor lobby. Build swimming pool at the top of club house, leads to frequent leakage expenses to flat owners. They have taken 2 yearly maintenance in advance but handed over -1 parking after 6 months. This is first year of possession and Multiple leakage in parking lots, lobby, drainage. Though they repair it, but does not make any sense. Never expected this will happen in first year. So, think before you invest with Majestique Landmark.

One of the Worst and Unprofessional builder.I suggest dont waste ur hard earned money to buy dump flat.worstest worst quality of doors marble tiles pipeline. No finishing of balcony doors.

I am flat owner at majestique oasis society. We are facing basement water logging issue from 1st day. Builder has not yet given us any permant solution on this. Our life is always in risk due to this water issue. No lift works during water loging. We are facing this from 2 years. But bulider has done nothing to solve this. They always have lack of transparency, professionalism. So think again which investing huge amout here.

DONT EVER THINK OF GOING WITH THIS GUYS.... FAKE PEOPLE These people are not professional Just they give big big thoughts and present their self like a professional but in reality this is not happening They don't go as per commitment Non professional people nd builder they are While taking ur project they will talk as if they are very interested but at time of finalizing they show real face of them... It's totally waste of time dealing with this guys I STRONGLY Don't RECOMMEND people to go with them

I brought the flat in majestic rythum country at handewadi it was very bad experience with the quality of work my balcony was broken tiles aslo broken i complain several times but they did not respond yet please don't buy home at all

Please don't buy their property, they show something else and deliver something's else. Even house plan , building plan and entrance gate they change everything. Please visit projects created by them before buying it. You will think they are selling for less price but when you calculate on carpet area basis you will come know they are more expensive. They don't make house according to Vastu as well. Be care full never buy anything from this builder. God save all.

BEWARE!!!! IF YOU HAVE EXTRA PARKING, left IN THE SOCIETY MAJESTIQUE BUILDERS SELLS IT TO PEOPLE FROM OTHER SOCIETIES. SECURITY BECOMES AN ISSUE IN MAJESTIQUE SOCIETIES. If you have doubts whether this is true or not , you can check with Majestique Manhattan Phase 2 society. Majestique societies are not safe for your children as this gives license to trespassers.
