Buildings look old need to paint the exteriors. Good management. Helpful people. Quite a clean society.

Nice housing society with garden, mandir, kids play area, gym, swimming pool, club house and 24/7 security and water supplies. They don't give attention to tenants.

Good society, at affordable price with gym and swimming pool..But not yet completed even after completing the deadline.. Builders are very irresponsible and ignorant

Residential building with good surrounding and people. Really good for families. Have small garden inside the society which is good entertainment for children. Also small swimming pool is available for usage. Clubhouse is ideal for small events.

Great place to stay. Though a small society but having all important amenities and best location near IT hubs. New Airport will definitely add the extra value to this amazing society. Undoubtedly, the builder has developed indomitable trust in the heart of all members. What we say Values pay you Keep it up

Construction quality is good but, amenities are provided for sake of marketing, no real use. Unmaintained society with lot of egoistic approaches to common problems. Committee is formed without having majority residents.

Posting this review as of Oct 2017. Newly constructed property. Currently it's not completely developed although majority of work has been done. The gym, solar water heaters, parking sheds etc are still under construction. When all the work would be done, it will be a good place to live for middle class families especially. 9 flats on each floor feel a bit congested. The location is also a bit far from rest of the city, there is less availability of shops nearby. If you want to go to market then you will have to go to Bhekrai Nagar. There are few power cuts as of now. Also mobile network barely reaches inside flats.
