Main Cafeteria or also known as Streat Cafe runs by Sodexo. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks available.

Its good but still can be much better as some eatables are not so tasty. Prices are genuine. Good place to hang out with friends.

As a college cafeteria the place is great. Though it can be improved like A.C facility, food quality and all but still it is quite good. You can sit here with your friends and enjoy your snacks. All good as a college cafeteria.

Thapar Cafeteria is a one stop place to sit and munch. It has everything from a small piece of cake to Veg Thali- it has all. The taste of food is really good at reasonable prices. The service is good there and the staff is very responsive.

Nice place to complete the assignments while having something to eat as well ! Although food isn't consistent and tastes quite different every time it still manages to be good. Some of my personal picks here are: Chocolate Cake, Biryani, Rajma-Rice and Tea

The cafeteria now run by Sodexo is very expensive and good quality is not up to the mark. You may find yourself waiting for long durations to get your food prepared. Even on some occasions you may not even be able to get your food without jumping in the crowd. The service is slow and poor. And the cafeteria closes at 6:30 in the evening. There is no proper light, natural or artificial in the cafeteria.

Thapar cafeteria or main cafe, as we call it, is a go-to place for college students to meet and greet. However, for food, this should be your last place to go to. I highly doubt their hygiene standards and the Sodexo employees are generally rude and uncooperative. The only nice thing is the Brownie which they serve with a generous amount of chocolate sauce. But you need to pay attention to their food handling, which again, is poor.

Nice place to eat and used for small meetings and discussions by Thapar University students. Menu need some more variety. Pricing is ok..
