I couldn't have chosen a better place for my 200YTT. Mahi Yoga School, nestled amidst the mountains near Dharamshala, provided a magical experience for my first visit to India. The serene location in Bhasug village, where the Dalai Lama resides, added to the peace. Our school building was modern, and my private room felt like a 5-star retreat, offering breathtaking views from the balcony. We, a diverse group with unique yoga journeys, had only three weeks to absorb foundational knowledge, which seemed daunting. Yet, our incredible teachers--Mahi, Kunal, Ajal, and Om--created an enriching experience. Their selfless dedication, care, professionalism, and generosity opened multiple learning avenues. They provided resources for asana adjustments, introduced various meditation styles, and delved into the captivating tales and histories of Yoga. We even got some teaser lessons in Ayurveda which is outside the 200YTT syllabus. In a world filled with numerous yoga schools, Mahi School stands out for its authenticity, compassion, and generosity. The team's genuine commitment to nurturing our knowledge journey was evident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mahi, Kunal, Ajal, Om, Akshu, and Akil for their wonderful care during my stay. I eagerly look forward to reuniting with everyone soon. Namaste!

Highly recommend on the experience I had in the 200h course at Mahi's place! They were super professional, the accommodation is high class and the classes were super interesting and relevant I feel so lucky I got the chance to attend Mahi yoga course. If you look for a place that can teach variety types of yoga, and give you a deeper understanding about the yoga lifestyle you should join the 200h teaching course!

Mahi Yoga Center is a great choice for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. I completed 200 hrs TTC from Mahi, teachers here are very experienced. We did a 5-day retreat in Mahi Yoga Center. Simply put, our stay in your yoga center was definitely the greatest highlight of our 2-month trip to India, no exaggeration ! The service was so impeccable. The teachers we had (mahi, Kunal, Om and Ajay) are so great, really. Effortlessly, they were able to convey to us the essence, philosophy and true meaning of yoga. They were generous with us and we are grateful. We also thank Akshu for the amazing food! Mahi and his team have such an amazing vibe. So energetic yet so calm, so fun and easy going yet so spiritual, deep, passionnate and diligent. We had big expectations for a yoga retreat in India, and this experience far surpassed our expectations. Just completed my 200hr yoga teacher training course in Dharamalsa with Mahi Yoga and couldn't have chosen a better school or location for it. The course was really well structured but with enough variety to really learn so much more than a standard 200hr YTTC. We had the opportunity to join some Ayurveda sessions along with the 300hr students, which was eye opening and provided a great introduction to a whole new area of learning and knowledge. The teachers were amazing and each brings there own unique knowledge, skills and personality and were so welcoming and helpful l, especially for those like myself that weren't born with a gymnastic gene. They expertly showed adjustments and variations to poses to not only help us, but also the students we will teach in the future. These teachers not only are amazing yoga practitioners, but are great communicators, and awesome to talk and share with outside the classes too. Thanks to Mahi, Kunal, Ajay, Om and the rest of the crew there, nothing was too much and you were all so helpful. Can't wait to get back there again, to continue learning and studying more.
