Beautiful building and God- planted exquisite tree in front. Haven't had the opportunity to avail their services (yet!), but I feel they will be professional :)

I used to have huge respect for MAHAVIR hospitals in my childhood as they were used to helping people. But now, I do not recommend this hospital especially for Dialysis. The doctor only stays for 1 hour in the entire day and the staff does not have enough training. My relative joined here and he is a very old age man (around 65+yrs) and the way they addressed him is worse. And they are always chit chatting and playing games/songs on their mobile even when the patient is having some serious condition. I know they saw these cases many times but at least you are supposed to help the patients and not ignore or make fun of them. My relative sadly passed away in front of these people who were not serious about their jobs. Even if you have or don't have the money, Never visit this hospital just because it's cheap. Just go to another hospital. And I saw many patients dying as staff is highly unprofessional and arrogant.

Highly unprofessional and pathetic staff. Always chit chatting and talking over the phone. Even the hospital director is unprofessional. He visits the AMC and shouts at the staff with a very loud voice barely caring for the ailing patients. The bald headed person, I don't know what your designation is, but you need to grow up and have some maturity. Secondly, I got my father admitted due to leg infection and swelling, which obviously did not cure, however, the doctors conducted all sorts of tests for the heart, lungs, kidneys, and what not. When my father complaint of a mild cough, they recommended the chest x-ray and the result was normal. The cough still persisted and they recommended the same x-ray again after 2 days ! Common, that's stupid and makes me feel they are looking for some opportunity to loot people by giving treatment for something which was least of our concerns. Thirdly, EXORBITANT BILLING. Being admitted in a general ward which costs Rs 700 bed charges, the hospitals gave a bill of Rs 8,000 on a weekend, when there was no test conducted, no doctor visited, and no additional treatment given. When asked for the breakup of the bill, they plainly deny and say that it will be given at the time of discharge. This is obvious loot. PLS DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL !!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to your hospital unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. Firstly, the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional and lacking in empathy. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a dismissive attitude from some of the nurses. There is no dietitian in the hospital. Patients need to bring food by their own either from canteen or by home as there's no kitchen facility available in such a huge hospital. I experienced a severe breakdown in communication when I asked the nurse about dietician. Nurse's in the nurse station were busy talking over the phones rather than clarifying doubts of patients in AMC. In light of my experience, I would like to offer some suggestions for improvement. It is crucial that your hospital invests in comprehensive staff training programs to ensure professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.

PRE vara Laxmi didn't have common sense how to talk with patients and their attenders she advice that you have to ask money with your friends and relatives and pay the hospital bill and she behaves like you are a slave talk with rudely behaviour higher officers have to kick out like this staff

Useless hospital, they had become commercial with worst treatment and arrogant staff, request you not visit it. Sinde they know they have bad service, they had kept boards that any aggression towards staff/doctors will lead to police complaint and action against them.

Very bad Experience with Dr Raja Ram, paid 500 for consultation but he is so worst that not even trying to listen patient problem not even 30 seconds. If he don't have the patience to listen patient problem why he is serving patients, I think it's only for consultation fee collection he is working. I recommend him to take retirement.

Today i visited hospital but there is no roule whom come first i paid bill is My number is Frist but they taking person after my bill check this bill no 45216 but Frist telling sister 45219 and cash counter no CCTV i paid 600 but Bill person told you don't pay i told him check and call me please restart CCTV
