Mahakaal temple and corridor is monumental and I am enriched today to have visited 2 jyotirlingas in one month. Absolutely mind blowing temple. Inspite of the immense rush very clean and so peaceful place. The chants of OM and Namah Shivay follow you right upto the temple inner sanctum. We could notclick pictures inside temple but it was a sight that filled my mind with so much calm. I feel very blessed. No words for all the statues and monuments dedicated to the Lord. The Saptarshi take your breath away.

Beautifully developed mahakal lok corridor which leads to the entrance of Mahakal temple. Ypu also get electric buggy service for senior citizen. Must visit in the evening to see all the statues lit and lighting and water fountains. There is paid parking available and no entry ticket for mahakal lok. You can but vip ticket entrance for mahakal temple.

A must visit place near the entry to the Mahakaleshwar temple. Best time is during the night as the lightings enhance the beauty of all the statues and sculptures. There are lot of mythological story depictions along with summary. It gives a divine feeling and it is very mesmerizing. Needless to say the place is very photographer friendly. At regular intervals, benches and other seating arrangements are made. You will need atleast 2 hrs to complete the entire tour. Totally worth
