We are consulting with Dr. Anantharaman for my parents since 2014. He is very kind to my parents during their visit. My mother feels safe with his suggestions. He listens to senior citizens very patiently. He advices medications only as a last resort and if necessary. His diagnosis is very good. Takes sufficient time to analyse. The staff are very kindly and supportive. We can reach out to them anytime they provide the correct guidance. They come home for blood collection etc. They provide regular follow up for visits. Senior citizens gets also discount on consultation. I will definitely recommend this clinic and doctor to all for their exceptional service.
Service quality of doctor and staff is awesome, but more waiting time, suggesting to improve the coordination to reduce the waiting time. Moreover, providing free coffee and purified water is more welcoming. 4 stars from my end

It was an unexpected experience that the dr did not even have the courtesy to make the patient sit and talk. Never bothered to do any history taking and straight away asked me whether I had a heart attack. Unfortunate that he just checked the reports that I carried and gave a prescription. It is absolutely unethical not to have spoken or explained anything. He was blunt and did not have a human touch no matter what his qualifications are. Pathetic and disappointing experience and I have given the same feedback to the dr who referred me to this dr.
Dr Anantharaman is very professional and the clinic is run very well. The dietician, Vaishali, is great as well.
