(Visited in November 2018) - Landmark statue of MS Subbulaksmi garu, one among the female trinity of Carnatic Music is located on one of the busiest junctions of Tirupati, walkable from Tirupathi Main Railway Station.

After the construction of the fly over there's no subbulakshmi statue

Could be improved with flower plants around statue

The place is just superbly organized. A bit noisy and crowded with cars. Having said, you'll get everything that's needed. Hotels near by this place have the usual South and north Indian foods. Chinese cuisines are available at some restaurants.

M S Subbalaksmi Statue is very big, painted in gold, in the middle of the road...near RTC Bus Stand, Tirupati. M S Subbalaksmi Iconic devotional singer, popular known for Suprabat song dedicated to lord Venkateswara (Srinivas)... She deserves this statue of her...

The soulfulness of carnatic music was stir by late MS Subbalakshmi amma. Her clear voice makes indelible impression in music lovers hearts and minds. It's no strange that she was honored with Bharat ratna by India govt as well statue was erected@strategic point in tirupathi. Long live her reputation.
