One of the best Houseboat in Srinagar Dal Lak. We Stay for 1 Night during our Kashmir Trip in Sept 2023. The Rooms are Superb with AC which is rare in Houseboat with Proper Bath Tub. The Best thing is Caretaker of the Houseboat. He is very helpful. even my wife forget her mobile charger in the Houseboat but he safely delivered later to our driver. The Food is Good. We take Veg Dinner and Breakfast. Both are Very Good in Taste. JUST Go for it.
The place was ok because of nice view and food was not so bad. Electricity was out very often. Floor carpet is very dusty but restroom is clean. We usually tip generously and after staying for two nights - when we were leaving the guys asking for more tips for himself and the cook - I almost feel like we were extorted for money, but we just gave it to him anyway. He also brought seller on to the boathouse trying to sell things. I'm not sure is it because we are foreigners- I don't see anyone other than us tipping. We do it to show our appreciation. However, my opinion is that the guy is too greedy and more money is never enough - the more you give the more they want - I'll not go back there ever again - this experience had my beautiful memories of the whole trip diminished completely....
Had an amazing stay at Luxury Inn Badyari Houseboat stay. Hilal Khan was very friendly, Caring and Warm staff. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was very good. He also provided great recommendations on places of attraction which was very helpful. Overall strongly recommended. Hilal's services was one of the best we ever received.

Very nice houseboat for a relaxing stay since it is little far from the road and in the middle of the lake. Direct view of a hill and Shankaracharya Temple. Mr. Hilaal is a friendly and caring host. Recommendations to improve- window blinds at the room need to cover entirely without any gaps for proper privacy.
Best hotel on daal lake with all type of services. Good food,Good rooms, Wonderful view. One can see the sunrise. Best customer services provided here. South people can afford this. no regrets.
What a place I can not describe in words. Everything I find upto mark, the place, the house boat, the ambience, the hospitality. Love to meet Mr. Hilal Khan, the care taker. I had never seen such a nice person. I'm fan of him.
The stay here was a mesmerising experience. The view from here to dal lake is one to die for. A word of appreciation for Hilal Khan who was attentive to all our needs. Also one of our members lost an ornament and he was courteous enough to find it out for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.
