Lumino Dwellings - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

Stayed here for a night,The experience was pleasant. They offer good service and have polite staff. The front side of the hotel has limited parking space, hence the car has to be parked on the narrow roadside.This is a challenge during peak seasons. The hotel has a beautiful green hill on its back side. Overall the hotel is comfortable and affordable.

I recently stayed there. Location was good but room was 3 floor down in basement and it was not as good as its shown in the online pictures. There was no view from room and also there was no proper lightings in the room. The staffs are good but room was not as per my expectations. Cost was very high according to the room conditions.

The room was neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed one night here. Staff boy carried our luggage and provided quick services.

We stayed one night and the rooms were clean and good. It is located in town and don't have much view point if you are expecting any. They don't have lifts , so we had to walk three floors down but service boys carried our luggage and was available anytime we called them for water and other requirements. Overall the hotel was good , but it is located in inclined road and we have to cross the traffic places to get over here.

We were staying in room 301 on the 18th and 19th of September, 2023. The room was in -2floor (yes you read it right basement 2 floor). There was no ventilation and the rooms were very smelly. Still it is under construction and you can expect construction work going on till 7pm.Only 3 car parkings are available and most of the time bikes are parked in the parking area and you need to park on the road. The staff's are very rude and not friendly, especially the one who was in the reception. Initially we thought he was dumb and couldn't speak and later we realised he was showing attitude in that way. They promised hot water by 6.30 am but after multiple follow-ups we got hot water by 9am. Note: Please don't believe in photos and book the room..

The service was top class. And the location was even better away from the hustle of the city but everything you need is available close by. The rooms were very clean with a great view and comfy bed.

The best property to stay in munnar. It's in the main city but you won't feel it's in the city. Everything is available closeby. Clean and spacious rooms with a great view l. The service was top class, it felt like home.

We asked for another towel and higienic paper.. the second time we asked it was provided. The bed was very small and the bed sheets were old and with holes. It doesn't fit the experience with the price. The staff is nice. Also some random guy came to our room to sell tea, we found it funny but it's actually quite unsafe.
