Do not leave your pets here for boarding. Our puppies had a very worst experience with Mr.Madhan's shelter. We left our 2 female indie puppies at his shelter for 3 days. Our puppies were completely covered with ticks. Their whole bodies got tick bites and it took 1 complete week for them to recover. Mr.Madhan didn't even bother to give us a refund or bear the hospital charges. When we asked for refund he simply replied, "So you are telling a refund will help you feel better for her sufferings? If at all Ter was a suffering?" How can a person be so irresponsible after putting our little girls with so much sufferings?

We left our dog for boarding and these people didn't offer proper care and finally my cutie is dead. No doctor assistance was provided for my dog and our little fellow is no more. A humble request to all people think twice before leaving your dog there for boarding.

We left our pet there for three days. Wen we called them to leave our pet back to house, they agreed but dint come home. Wen we called them again, they told that he died. They are not able to give appropriate reason for his death. They were telling that he died before the doctor reached. How can they run a center without any doctor nearby to treat emergency situations.. Our child is not with us now because of their irresponsibility. We are reporting and rating it because this shouldn't happen to anybody else.

Please don't go there please.. fake people. They tell they will give what ever food that we used to give for our pets. But it's not. They give only pedigree.. there is no one to look after our pets. Incharge person is not there. When we go and board our pets someone will be there. And from morning till evening when even you call owner and ask about our pets he says he's out station. He says he will call someone who is looking after pet and will call again. He wont reply us. When I go there to take my pet incharge person told me to come in five minutes that he's waiting in boarding place . When I reach there no one is there ..dog boarding is in Forest . No house is there.. very unsafe in night time. No lights no people no houses.. from morning till night there is noone in boarding place to look after our pets.. I used to call incharge person ..he used to tell he's out station. All the time. So I kind request please don't board your pets here.. Food also not proper.. they tell they give what ever food we give. But they don't give. When I go and take my pet pedigree food is only placed. Swimming tank is present ..they say daily morning swimming play will be given fr pets. But it's not. There is no one in that place to look after the dogs..
