I wish i could give it 4.5 stars.(I'll explain that in a moment, why) The lucknow junction railway station feels more modern, well built & more organised than Charbagh railway station. The entry of the Charbagh Metro station is just in front of the station exit point which makes passenger handling really good. My biggest problem with Lucknow junction railway station & with Charbagh railway station is that the encroachment in the front of the station gates which is made by autos, vikram tempos & street food vendors & that's the place where i would like to deduct my 0.5 stars. Also don't get confused between the Charbagh railway station and lucknow junction railway station. The Charbagh railway station has the station code as LKO & Lucknow junction railway station has the station code as LJN. So do take note & don't miss your train.

Very big railway station but main line seems like underdeveloped. Even no amenities like seats, water and tin shades for passengers. But in the middle of city and reachable from metro.
