I recently dined at LP Regency Restaurant and had an outstanding experience. The food was not only delicious but also showcased a diverse range of flavors. The standout feature, however, was the warm hospitality provided by Vaibhav, the owner. His attentiveness and genuine care for patrons added a personal touch to the dining experience, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend LP Regency for both the delectable cuisine and the exceptional service provided by Vaibhav and the crew. Shine On!!!
Booked 2 rooms @ hotel for our guest for 21st July 2023. They had to do a late check in on 21st night around 11pm. To inform on late check in I had personally visited the hotel at around 9 and to my surprise at reception they inform there is no booking on the guest name. After I confronted they said they have only one room available and after I told them I would escalate this issue they were ready to give 2 rooms after 1 hrs. The breakfast is from 8 to 9 am and this was also served half an hour late. General cleanliness at reception and lift is not good.
Services are very poor. TV are not working due to insufficient balance. WiFi has very poor or no signal. Geysers are not giving hot water. One whole day lift was not working, we had a heavy exercise for the fifth floor. Overall, not a good experience !!
A newly opened restaurant in Undri. Finally a decent hotel in this area. Food was really good. Almost like slow cooked food. Best ever chapati had in a restaurant. Starters and main course were all good. Improvement points : Service can be better and manchaow soup sev needs to be fresh
