Non organised staffs, too much waiting time. token system followed here ( only 20patients per day), for this they are asking us to come in person by 4-4:30pm, but the doctor is available only after 6:30pm, u have to wait at the hospital until then. Dear hospital management,Kindly change your appointment system, it'll be too difficult for all the patients to wait for more than 2hrs simply by looking at your hospital walls especially kids, do consider. I have given this 2star only for doctor consultation.

One of the worst experiences had with the hospital. Staffs are unprofessionalised. 1. Doctor gave the medical prescription receptionist asked me to pay for it later after paying the amount via UPI transaction they are saying one medicine not available we will return money by morning. I don't know why they can't return money on the same time. 2. The token lady i mean the lady who is giving token i am not sure in which college she got trained she doesn't even know how to take the temperature for the patients. Not only this lady other nurse came for checking the temperature they were using digital thermometer and they were just holding it for 30 seconds and telling the body temperature 94.6 when I insisted them to hold till to hear beep sound the temperature reading states 100.2 3. On call receptionists said doctor will come by 6.30pm they said no need to hold appointment on call you can come in person to avail token system. I reached hospital by 7pm doctor reached hospital by 7.50pm. For 1 token it takes 20 mins. No proper response from the nurses here 4. No punctuality 5. No Professionalism ive seen around here. 6. I gave 2 star for only doctors consultation My advice for the doctor please hire professionalised Nurses who know some basic stuffs do not play with patients life

Nice Drs. My daughter had indications of continuous cough and severe cold infections at the age of 3. we were taken pulmonary drugs since 15 days and had not improved. then we visited l.p Hospital. Finally Dr Nallini diagnosed that kid had Adenoid infection and referred Dr Arul,MS ENT. with one week dose, Dr arul treated kid and kid improved with routine. Dr arul, Dr Nallini, DGO are dedicated to health care profession. they treat patients with compassion and humanity. I have recommended lot of my friends and relatives. And now Dr Nallini is our family physician.

Very worst and huge waiting time and no proper response as well. Cost is also huge. Very worst and I was waiting for more than 2 hours and not even a single call and no response from anyone if we check. There are so many good other ENT hospital options available in Madurai.

I came to know about LP hospital only recently but I have been receiving treatment from its doctor Mr. Arul for more than 20 years. (Then he comes to Batlagundu Leonard hospital once a week) I had a hole in my right ear drum at an early age. Although it was not a big problem for me then, it gave me some problems when I became a radio jockey. Then I wandered around looking for a good specialist doctor. Eventually I found Dr. Arul. It was cured by Dr. Arul through surgery. After that I was impressed by the way he treated, the healing method and his attitude and till now I consider him as my family doctor. He is a great doctor, a great man. I consult other doctors after consulting him for non-ENT treatments as well. I am glad for this opportunity to appreciate (LP Hospital) Dr. Arul. I am indebted to him. Thank you doctor.

Good service, consultation fees is 250Rs in LP anandh. Not so crowded. Out patient consultation time start from 5pm. Weight check, blood pressure check, spo2 check, PR check available under this 250Rs consultation Pharmacy is good, they gave medicine as per our requirement.

LP Anand hospital... Anand sir very approachable doctor to patient but... How can u charge for injections as consulting fees without knowing about patient's history... Even how do u know that injection is necessary for a patient without consulting?don't make many patients to wait... There are many old age patients are waiting for a while... So pls consider and give priority to patients with old age and severe cases... My token no. Is 40 I'm waiting for 2 hours but u allowing token no. 54 who was a rich looking girl . My mom is suffering more than her... But u didn't allowed us...

Best hospital for diabetes foot surgery. homely feeling. Nice staff with good service, Very friendly natured doctor, explains clearly each & every point. Speedy recovery, no complications. Reasonable charges and medicines. Thank you team.
