My fav garlic bun.Evn the biscuits are good n cakes are good too.The customized themed cakes are good.ordered twice for my son's birthday.

As we know, Loyan's is one of the best cake and pastry outlets in Guwahati and this Zoo-road Gitanagar one is also one of them. Giving you the best quality cake, pastry , snacks and biscuits. Pastry range starting from 50/- rupees only like the chocolate pastry, cookies pastry, butterscotch, red velvet, mango, newyork cheese cake etc etc and the snacks from 30/- rupees only including rolls, patties, puffs, mexican rolls etc. The outlet is spacious and beautiful with available sitting options. I have tried the Kulcha Chicken (65/- rupees) and Butter slice (75/- rupees) which were good with respect to the price (on March, 2023). They also take orders for birthday cake. Good place to chill in the evening

Recently I had ordered a birthday cake 5 days prior to the event. When I got there to pick it up they told me my cake wasn't ready and some kid had destroyed the cake. I was told to come back again after half an hour. But they failed again. Almost more than 1 hour they could deliver the cake. But I was highly disappointed because the cream wasn't set , so the cake was messy. They didn't even follow my instructions completely regarding the design. And after when the cake cutting was over then only they came to deliver a design piece and so I refused to take it. Before all this I was thinking quite highly about their reputation .But after what had happened and my kid's most awaited moment was ruined because of time issue. Rest you can understand . Thank you.

A warm and cosy place for a quick cup of coffee and some cakes.I have been their customers since a long time. Definitely my favourite outlet. The staff are well mannered and trained. The quality of cakes never lets me down. Definitely worth trying

Have been an old costumer of this outlet...must say nice cakes...also other bakery items are good... there's a small seating area .. coffee and tea available on spot..other eatery and snacks ,pastries are nice too

Was pleasantly surprised by how great this place turned out to be. Was sceptical at first. But the adorable interiors and decor along with an interesting array of food on the menu was quick to change my immediate impression. What's more, the food was actually worth our time and money. Whatever we ordered turned out to be delectable.

I really liked the tastes of food but servicing is too much worst. It took almost half an hour for starter to come to table and they have a problem in language also(waiter).We went there in a group 10 people and our orders were here and there -mess up. Also the room that they have is too much narrow.. They have so small place. Anyway for the service and ambience I wanted to give 2 star but for a good taste of food food 1 more star.

Loyans used to be one of my favourite bakeries in town and I used to be one of their regular customers. But now they have literally become the worst bakery ever! The salespeople are really rude and ill mannered, doesn't even know to talk to customers. Plus the food is getting terrible day by day. The other day I got a birthday cake for my cousin and it was literally rotten on the inside. They have literally lost a customer for sure! TERRIBLE!!!
